Building a vacation home
When you’re considering building a vacation home, there are many different factors to take into account. One of the first decisions you’ll need to make is what kind of vacation home you want to build. Do you want to build a vacation home that’s fully tailored to your wishes and needs, or will you opt for a prefab vacation home? Another important decision is where you want to build your vacation home. If you want to build your vacation home in the Netherlands, there are specific regulations you’ll need to follow.
If you don’t own a recreational park but have a plot of private or commercial land, it’s also possible to build a vacation home there. Are you interested in purchasing a prefab vacation home? Feel free to contact us to discuss the options. We’re happy to guide you through the entire process, from production to installation of a chalet. We work with various partners who can assist you throughout the entire process. From development to installation, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

All you have to do is deliver and furnish the vacation home to your own taste. Prefab vacation homes are also well insulated, allowing you to enjoy your vacation home in comfort.
When considering vacation home building, it is important to consider all the different factors that will affect your choice. Once you know what kind of vacation home you want to build and where, you can build your dream vacation home in no time!

Sett Living is convinced that prefabricated buildings make an important contribution to significantly reducing emissions.
