With its standardized Dune, Meadow, and Forest models, Sett Living offers an efficient solution for multi-story housing. By combining modular timber-frame construction, natural materials, and the speed of factory-based manufacturing, we build temporary and permanent structures up to three stories high. Our homes are designed to fully comply with the BBL, with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.

The home is built from natural materials and has a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to traditional on-site construction. The home is perfectly suited as a flexible residence but is also ideal for permanent living. The homes are fully finished and ready to move into. The walls are finished and painted, the floor is covered with PVC, and the kitchen and cabinets are included. Upon request, we can also deliver the homes fully furnished.
