As a foreman, you have an important directing and entrepreneurial role on a daily basis. You work independently, solution-oriented and enjoy working in a dynamic and informal organization. You are expected to be able to read and interpret drawings and translate them to the shop floor. You are ultimately responsible for development, production, purchasing, planning and warehouse management.
You think and build the organization and in the near future you will manage the production and all related processes as an independent foreman. You also have the space to fill in your function as suits your qualities, gathering colleagues around you to form a fully-fledged production team.
